Payment by credit card is available through the on-line procedure.

After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from the WMU Maritime Affairs Conference secretariat via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact WMU MAC secretariat via e-mail (maritime@tess-intl.com).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests to change conference registration and cancellations must be made in writing to the WMU MAC secretariat via
email at maritime@tess-intl.com.

Please note that refunds will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.

Visa Support

Once you have registered for the conference, and your registration fee has been paid in full, WMU can prepare a letter supporting your visa application. Please click on the link in your confirmation email to provide the necessary details for the letter.

Please note that participants are responsible for the accuracy of the submitted information and processing of visa letters may take up to five days.

Kindly note that WMU cannot contact the embassy on your behalf, but can respond to any inquiries from them, if needed.
